We are overjoyed to welcome the sisters of Pro Ecclesia Sancta to SJV this year! “We are so excited and humbled to be a part of the SJV community. Pro Ecclesia Sancta “For the Holy Church” is an ecclesial family of consecrated life whose priests, brothers, and sisters are dedicated to living and promoting the universal call to holiness in the Church. Sister Emy and Sister Fabiola will be at SJV once a week to teach a religious education practicum to second-year men and offer all of us a beautiful witness to consecrated life and their spirituality of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
SJV has always been grateful for the invaluable presence of religious in our college seminary community. With deep appreciation for the presence of the Handmaids of the Heart of Jesus these past five years, we thank God for continuing to edify us through the gift of consecrated religious in our midst.
